FUND MANAGEMENT COMPANIES<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We offer fund management companies to outsource<\/span> their administrative and accounting function<\/b>\u00a0(book-keeping, annual accounts, tax accounts) and the payroll function.<\/span><\/p>\n

We prepare <\/span>reportings intended for the AMF<\/b>\u00a0(French financial markets regulator)<\/span>,\u00a0<\/span><\/b>check the <\/span>compliance<\/b> of operations, and assist in the implementation of the\u00a0<\/span>internal audit.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n
