Implementation<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: xx-large;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: x-large;\"><span style=\"color: #005292;\">1.1 Formalism<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: xx-large;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The implementation is done via a <span><span style=\"color: #d8a200;\">company\/establishment agreement or, failing that, a unilateral decision, <\/span><\/span>after consultation with the social and economic committee if it exists.<\/p>\n<p>For establishments with 50 or more employees that have employee representatives, the integration of mobility topics is mandatory during the mandatory annual negotiations.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #d8a200;\">However, the negotiation and implementation of the sustainable mobility package is not mandatory<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: x-large; color: #005292;\">1.2 Beneficiary employees<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #d8a200;\">All categories of employees are concerned<\/span> (permanent contracts, fixed-term contracts, apprentices). The scheme may also be open to trainees and temporary workers. A seniority condition may be laid down.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: x-large; color: #005292;\">1.3 Eligible travel and transport\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Only <span style=\"color: #d8a200;\">journeys between the employee&#8217;s habitual residence and his place of work are concerned<\/span> by the mobility package and provided that they are made with the following mode or modes of transport:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bicycle and electric bicycle (personal and rented);<\/li>\n<li>Carpooling (driver or passenger);<\/li>\n<li>Personal mobility devices, mopeds and motorcycles for rent or self-service (such as scooters and electric scooters in free floating);<\/li>\n<li>Carsharing with electric, plug-in hybrid or hydrogen vehicles;<\/li>\n<li>Public transport (excluding season tickets);<\/li>\n<li>Motorized personal mobility devices of individuals (scooters, monowheels, Segways, skateboards, hoverboards, etc.). Where such equipment is motorized, the engine or assistance must be non-thermal.\n<ul><\/ul>\n<p>Please note: private scooters are not eligible to date.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #005292;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\">1.4 Terms of payment\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Depending on the mode of transportation used, payment can be made in different ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span> <\/span><span style=\"color: #d8a200;\">flat-rate amount conditional solely on the practice of the mode of transport; <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #d8a200;\"> Flat-rate amount per kilometre<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #d8a200;\">or participation in the costs incurred (purchase of equipment, participation in the costs of a rental service, etc &#8230;).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Payment can be made annually, semi-annually or monthly.<\/p>\n<p>The company may also decide to<span style=\"color: #d8a200;\"> set up a mobility voucher for reimbursements related to the &#8220;sustainable mobility&#8221; package.<\/span> This voucher is inspired by the restaurant\/luncheon voucher and will have a similar method of operation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: xx-large;\">2.
