AUDIT OF fund MANAGEMENT COMPANIES 

We operate within the legal framework of the certification of the financial annual accounts  of fund management companies approved by the AMF (French financial markets regulator). Statutory audit missions also include  special opinion missions  (certification, opinion on internal control or on specific accounting processes).  
Our knowledge of asset management is an advantage in understanding the business model of each fund management company.

AUDIT OF INVESTMENT ENTITIES

We carry out statutory audit missions in the following sectors:  Asset Management  (OEIC and open-ended mutual fund),  Employee savings plans  (SICAVAS, FCPE, etc.),  Private equity  (FCPR, FPCI, FIPS, FCPI, FIP, SCR, FCT, Fiducie, SLP),  Real Estate  (SCPI, OPCI, etc.).
The cumulative experience of our teams is a factor of security and relevance in the performance of our audit assignments.

SPECIAL MISSIONS

In the context of reorganisation or restructuring of companies or funds, legal missions are entrusted to independent auditors. These missions include the provision of an audit opinion on legal operations such as change in corporate form, mergers, partial transfers of assets as well as the allocation of special advantages to the shareholders and the specific missions on joint investments.
